Sales Representative

We are a fast growing Roofing and Restoration General contracting company, looking to add 2-3 full time experienced sales consultant for the San Antonio and surrounding areas.

(1) Able to assist Home Owners in getting their new Roof they rightfully deserve.

(2) Get well compensated.

Receive first check one week after roof is build (it takes one to two weeks to schedule the roof build after it is signed)

Receive second check when claim is closed. ( it takes 1 to 3 weeks to close a claim).

(3) First Check is collected from Customer right after the roof is build. Second and third check are collected when depreciation and any approved supplements with possible Overhead and profit come in.

(4) Builds will be managed by Production Manager

Our company helps assist home owners through the entire insurance process when a claim is made following a natural disaster. i.e. Hurricane, Tornado, Hailstorm. Also, some customers choose to purchase a new roof on their own for the simple fact that they know they are in need of one. As part of our Team, you will earn 35-50% commission based on your experience/production.

We specialize in all Asphalt shingle roof, Metal Roof, Gutters exterior and interior work and New Home Additions. We use top quality products.

Here are the requirements we are looking for:

* A dependable vehicle (Good Condition) is a must and has to be able to transport a ladder. (one story or two story ladder.)

*You must own a cell phone

* Clean Personal hygiene.

*Previous sales experience in roofing sales

* Strong communication/organization skills and

* The understanding that you will need to physically inspect roofs.

* Able to clearly explain process to every customer.
